Additional Requirements:
Sound knowledge regarding the Customs Act & VAT Act.
Knowledge regarding VAT software maintenance.
Knowledge regarding customs bond & DEDO office-related experience will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage all responsibilities related to customs bonds and duty drawbacks, including H.S. Code formalities, general bond management, certificate receipt, and conducting yearly audits.
Maintain comprehensive registers for all bond-related activities.
Efficiently handle in-bond and ex-bond processes using the ASYCUDA system and correspond with the bond office.
Manage documentation and correspondence related to duty drawbacks with the Duty Exemption and Drawback Office (DEDO).
Perform all bond-related tasks proficiently and independently.
Handle all import-related tasks under a bond license, particularly in-bond, ex-bond, allotment, and annual customs bond audits.
Ensure timely completion of UP, ex-bond, and in-bond tasks, with support from the factory, to maintain the bond register.
