Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge in L/C, TT, Freight, Forwarding, Worldwide Incoterms, applicable duties, taxes, and other legal payments related to commercial activities.
∎ Good knowledge and practical experience regarding import, export, B/L, and related commercial documentation.
∎ Master L/C transfer.
∎ Follow up back-to-back L/C, acceptance, and payment. Maintain import statement and report to management.
∎ Maintain communication chain among import fabric suppliers and factories regarding back-to-back L/C, import document correction, L/C acceptance, maturity, and payment through E-mail/Messenger/WhatsApp/WeChat.
∎ Communicating with factories, forwarders, and other relevant parties regarding on time cargo handover and document submission.
∎ Checking commercial documents for correction. Must have advanced skill in MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, and E-MAIL correspondence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 to 3 years in the related field
∎ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Outstanding problem-solving and good communication skills.
