Skills Required: Customs Bond,Export Documentation,Export/ Import through L/C,Regulatory Compliance

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • AEPZ & customs work.

  • Ep from BEPZA for export.

  • Local purchase related work completion from BEPZA.

  • Online booking for air & sea shipment.

  • All kinds of export documentations of aai, komar, kariban, wolf, kiabi (post shipment).

  • Communicate with transport agencies and c&f agents to follow up the shipment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Making the all kinds of export related documents.

  • Collect export SC/LC from buyer/merchant team and make full lien to Bank.

  • PO list collect from Marchant team.

  • Collect PO based packing list from packing/related Merchant team.

  • PO cross check with merchant team/Buyer Portal/LC.

  • Place Booking to the forwarder portal.

  • Issue EXP from Bangladesh Bank online monitoring system.

  • Issue EP (export permit) from BEPZA portal.

  • Make the customs & BEPZA clearance documents and handover to the C&F agent.

  • Create the consumption as per packing list.

  • Follow Up Approval & Collect SO from forwarder portal.

  • Follow up the goods handover with Logistics, Store, C&F & CFS.

  • Follow up Vessel sailing/ Loading advise and collect from forwarder.

  • BL & FCR correction and submit to the forwarder.

  • EXP duplicate report to the Bangladesh Bank online monitoring system.

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly register update & report to head of department (Commercial).

  • Prepare the Cash incentive documents.

  • Additional Responsibilities: As Per Instruction of head of department (Commercial)
