Responsibilities & Context:
Website Management
- Manage the backend operations of the e-commerce website.
- Upload and update product listings, including images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues (bugs, downtime, payment issues).
- Collaborate with the development team for feature updates or technical fixes.
Order and Inventory Management
- Track and manage incoming orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to manage stock levels and replenishment.
- Monitor returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring proper documentation.
Customer Experience
- Ensure product pages are optimized for clarity, accuracy, and SEO.
- Maintain a high standard of UI/UX across all devices.
- Liaise with customer service to address order issues, feedback, or complaints.
Sales & Analytics
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and KPIs.
- Generate reports on website traffic, conversion rates, abandoned carts, and other key metrics.
