Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ Work closely with the medical team to ensure a thorough understanding of product specifications and medical device functionalities for effective communication with clients.
∎ Identify and explore target markets, sales channels, and potential partnerships to expand the company's portfolio.
∎ Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, medical professionals, and corporate clients to achieve qualitative and quantitative business goals.
∎ Constantly maintain close contact with stakeholders and make frequent visits.
∎ Facilitate execution and fulfilment of order dispatch in coordination with the
∎ Corporate Sales and Marketing team and ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
∎ Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
∎ Ensure monthly primary and secondary business targets are met in assigned business areas.
∎ Must be target-oriented as per management decision.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director or superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Good communication skill in both written and spoken
∎ Good leadership quality with strong market knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude with team members.
∎ Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills.
∎ Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills.
