Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on healthcare institutions, medical professionals, and corporate clients.
∎ Drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ Work closely with the medical team to ensure a thorough understanding of product specifications and medical device functionalities for effective communication with clients.
∎ Identify and explore target markets, sales channels, and potential partnerships to expand the company's portfolio.
∎ Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, medical professionals, and corporate clients to achieve qualitative and quantitative business goals.
∎ Constantly maintain close contact with stakeholders and make frequent visits.
∎ Facilitate execution and fulfillment of order dispatch in coordination with the Corporate Sales and Marketing team and ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
∎ Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
∎ Develop, Enhance, and Implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales in collaboration with the Branding & Marketing team.
∎ Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team, identifying sales trends and coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
∎ Ensure monthly primary and secondary business targets are met in assigned business areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in both written and spoken
∎ Good leadership quality with strong market knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude with team members.
∎ Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills.
∎ Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills.
∎ Ability to work on deadline driven work environment.
