We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/Sr. Executive (Brand Marketing) for Marketing Department at Bashundhara Group.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Assist in developing and executing brand marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with creative, media, and activation agencies to deliver communication materials.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Support the creation of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing content aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Track campaign performance, sales uplift, and ROI; prepare periodic reports.

  • Manage brand visibility across retail, trade, and consumer touchpoints.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication platforms.

  • Provide support in event management, sponsorships, and activation programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, distribution) to execute brand strategies.

  • Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks related to brand activities.
