We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/Sr. Executive (Brand Marketing) for Marketing Department at Bashundhara Group.
Job Responsibilities-
Assist in developing and executing brand marketing plans and campaigns.
Coordinate with creative, media, and activation agencies to deliver communication materials.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Support the creation of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing content aligned with brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance, sales uplift, and ROI; prepare periodic reports.
Manage brand visibility across retail, trade, and consumer touchpoints.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication platforms.
Provide support in event management, sponsorships, and activation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, distribution) to execute brand strategies.
Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks related to brand activities.
