Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Know Industry and consumers extensively
∎ 2. Actively participate in developing the brands strategy to achieve the short-term and long-term Marketing Objectives
∎ 3. Work closely with Creative agencies to develop communication materials based on consumer insight and execute as per plan
∎ 4. Monitor and report on effectiveness of key marketing activities. Also need to propose any changes required
∎ 5. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
∎ 6. Need to understand consumers likings/ preferences through regular insighting
∎ 7. New product/ design development/ launches based on consumer preferences
∎ 8. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
