Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls, using social media and physical visits.
∎ Provide proper information about the products to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction and identify customer needs.
∎ Responding to all customer inquiries very politely and maintaining page/support group activities.
∎ Report time to time to the Operational Head regarding various issues.
∎ Prepare various report on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email & internet.
∎ Communicate with Clients about new and upcoming Products.
∎ Have to maintain daily sales report & submit various reports to the Operational Head.
∎ To be responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities.
∎ To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ To Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ To maintain other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ To discover prospecting opportunities to achieve the targeted sales from various e-commerce & f-commerce platform.
∎ To maintain strong and cooperative relationship with multiples organization's leaders/decision makers d and stakeholders to achieve your targeted sales.
∎ To Negotiate and close the prospective and multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue.
∎ To Manage all B2B sales operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Female candidates are specially encouraged to apply.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Should have good command in both Bangla & English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
∎ Ability to negotiate and to influence others.
