Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of cash voucher and bank voucher for all payment for related transactions & Ensure approval of cheque and authorization of vouchers before finalizing
∎ Ensure proper supporting which includes bills, purchase order, delivery challan, etc, to be attached with receipt & payment vouchers, maintain petty cash & make cash payments
∎ Ensuring disbursement of salary and other expenses, receiving cash from the collection and bank withdrawals
∎ Make Statements for tax returns, Tax deduction at sources, Monthly report for TDS, Deduction of VAT source
∎ Prepare and keep record all the collections for security deposit money into the system
∎ Maintain company's accounts.
∎ Ensure proper overseas remittance to foreign agents.
∎ Monthly account reconciliation and prepare financial statement and management report.
∎ Ensure receivable collection on time.
∎ Do assigned task by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
