Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate and detailed financial records of vessel operations, including voyages, port calls, bunkering, and crew-related costs.
Prepare vessel-wise profitability analyses and cost variance reports.
Calculate, record, and reconcile freight earnings, hire revenues, demurrage, and dispatch.
Keep documentations of ship arrivals, departures, and cargo operations for financial tracking and reconciliation.
Monitor bunkering activities by comparing fuel purchase versus consumption to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare monthly vessel performance with profitability statements and submit superior.
Maintain voyage-wise accounts and charter-party documentation, and provide necessary support during internal and external audit.
