Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining petty cash management & disburse petty cash on the basis of the proper supporting paper duly approved by C.E.O & Management.
∎ Maintain petty cash as per prescribed format and reimburse from head office and send all party bill voucher with proper verification and take approval by C.E.O & Management.
∎ Properly maintaining of store, stock register and necessary records and daily/weekly basis report to C.E.O and Management.
∎ Have to control on petty cash limit and initiate for replenishment in time on the basis of the need of the Project.
∎ Prepare vouchers for petty cash transactions with proper head and enter the voucher into the General Ledger under the supervision C.E.O & Management.
∎ Hand over the cheques to concern person or parties and payee with proper acknowledgement & Issue money receipt for receipt of any cash, cheque, pay order or D.D. which will be countersigned by respective Person.
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, trial balance, profit and loss account.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports or statement.
∎ Set up and enforce proper accounting methods, polices & principles.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, Purchase etc.)
∎ Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to C.E.O & Management.
∎ Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents.
∎ Work as point of co-ordination between Project Office & Head Office and with regard to purchases, inventory status, payments with proper documents, project office related payments, documentation etc. & time to time report to C.E.O & Management.
