Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research, market visit, client visit, client hunt for identifying the selling possibilities and create market opportunity with evaluate the customer needs.
∎ Identify & analyze various industries and corporate business offices for actively seeking the new sales opportunities through phone call, personal network & social media.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns to ensure the achievement of rightful market share, and determine the correct market potential, create profile of corporates or Industries.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion with prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
∎ Analyze the competitor activities and propose counter strategies by creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Responsible to exhibit attractive product display, confirm merchandising for visibility and creating impulse buying of the motoring customers as well as direct customers of the different channels.
∎ Participate in various exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company to negotiate, deals and handle the various complaints or objections.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams & collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and create mutually beneficial business relationships.
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and submit report on for management review.
∎ Responsible for planning and executing all corporate sales activities, including building strategies, managing product listings and pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, preparing sales proposals and providing sales services.
∎ Responsible to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target.
∎ Provide after sales services to corporate clients to maintain a good relationship and to generate new business opportunities.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
∎ Work closely with internal departments to ensure product quality and achieve on-time fulfillment and any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years practical working experiences in similar field.
