∎ In this role, you will be the first touch person for an any customer. So, the communication experience has to be remarkable for the customer, since first impression is extremely important. So, you need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly and positive attitude. You should also never get overwhelmed and always attend to all customer queries positively.
∎ Job Nature: Full Time- 6 days in a week (9 AM - 7 PM)
∎ Probationary Period: 3 or 6 months, depending on exceptional performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage of organization's hotline number and attend to all incoming call.
∎ To communicate regularly with the existing & new customers and take feedback from all customers and responding promptly of customer inquiries.
∎ To provide cordial customer service over phone call, SMS, email, web, Facebook to ensure smooth customer service operation and positive consumer experiences and respond of all social media inboxes and comments.
∎ To take regular feedback from existing customers and also engages in new customers, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ To Maintain a positive, empathetic & professional attitude to customers at all times.
∎ To know and should have deep Knowing about our product's inside and outside so that he/she can promptly answer of any questions.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information to related customers.
∎ To do regular Facebook Live about the company's products.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust base customer services through open and interactive communication.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
∎ Smart, well-mannered and a team player.
∎ Ability to easily mix with people to build relationships & Open minded for working long hours on days with extra workload.
