Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SoftSolvency is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our software solutions.
∎ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote SoftSolvency's software products.
∎ Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions to prospective clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support throughout the sales process.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.

∎ Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns & responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
∎ Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Making daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly to achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Continuous monitoring and activities to grow sales volume and achieve sales targets as set by the yearly business decision though proper process. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
