Job Context:
∎ SoftSolvency is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our software solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in software sales and marketing, be knowledgeable about the industry and current trends, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The ability to work offline/online, primarily using the complete marketing mix to help generate revenue to achieve company`s objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
∎ Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
∎ Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns & responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
∎ Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
∎ Making daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly to achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Continuous monitoring and activities to grow sales volume and achieve sales targets as set by the yearly business decision though proper process.
∎ Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in sales & marketing, preferably in the software industry.
∎ Excellent communication,presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
∎ Ability to travel as required.
∎ Leadership and team management experience is a plus.

Salary: Negotiable
