Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure smooth supply chain functions.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important supply chain data.
Assist in demand forecasting, planning, and scheduling of materials to meet organizational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, Production, Marketing, etc.) for timely support.
Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement within the supply chain.
Prepare periodic reports and analysis for management decision-making.
