∎ Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking client status and requirement from CS data.
∎ Contact with the client with proper gesture and identify his actual requirement.
∎ Inform the client about our one stop property solution services in case of very new client.
∎ Inform client in details about the property.
∎ Identify client budget and investment purpose.
∎ Plan and execute viewing if the property/properties matches with his/her requirement.
∎ Inform all legal procedure to buy the property.
∎ Price negation.
∎ Inform the client about other property options in case of budget or location issue.
∎ Keep in close touch with the client and build strong relationship.
∎ Complete the deal and support the client in every steps.
∎ Get knowledge of time-to-time price and development updates of
∎ Update every activity in Software after completion of a task.
∎ Maintain every client file for the record.
∎ Hunt references from clients.
