Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve assigned sales targets across B2B and B2C channels.
∎ Experience in trade business.
∎ Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, and market research.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
∎ Support the team in executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
∎ Maintain updated records of sales leads, customer accounts, and sales activities in CRM systems.
∎ Prepare periodic sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
