Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Ceramics Limited (ACRL-Tiles), seeks to appoint Executive/Senior Executive for its sales team who will be responsible for executing and overseeing sales operations in territories of AKIJ-AURA brands - Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute sales operations in assigned territory, act as a point of contact between customers and the Ceramics Tiles business – AKIJ-AURA Brand
Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, and close sales with customers
Gather customer information to figure out the customer's needs
Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations/cost calculations for tiles products
Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions
Inspect inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
Achieve sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth
Build and retain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits and meetings
Understand client needs, provide information, and offer solutions to address their requirements
Develop insights on Aura-Akij products, including their features and customization options
Conduct research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
Maintain sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders
