∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Have proper industry knowledge;
∎ Good communication both in English & Bangla;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & Follow-up Market verification;
∎ Assist to identify Non-Compliance of Tax, VAT and relevant laws;
∎ Assist to check Bill vouchers & maintain proper documentation;
∎ Maintain factory visit, surprise audit of any department as instructed by management;
∎ Assist to check and verify order closing and production and reprocess;
∎ Assist in cash audit i.e physical cash counting and reconciliation with Tally cash book balance and Manual cash book balance with unrecorded bill & advance;
∎ Assist in sales audit i.e checking approved rate, Sales Orders (SOs), corresponding Delivery Notes (DNs) and Sales Invoices with concerned Party Ledgers, checking sales collection with Manual Cash Register, Bank Statements and Tally Cash & Bank Book records;
