Responsibilities & Context:

1. The candidate will be required to work within the Corporate Sales & Marketing team of the company.

2. Must have a proven track record in corporate sales or B2B marketing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

3. Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

4. Responsible for onboarding new corporate clients and business partners.

5. Conduct result-oriented client visits and business meetings.

6. Execute complex sales strategies and effectively manage the overall sales process and related activities.

7. Organize and prioritize pre-arranged meeting schedules with existing and prospective clients.

8. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, market competition, and supply–demand dynamics.

9. Conduct extensive visits to prospective clients and organizations to present products, services, and promotional offers.

10. Determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends and results.

11. Maintain strong product knowledge and recommend appropriate products to suitable prospects.

12. Keep updated and comprehensive knowledge of project features and offerings.

13. Prepare daily activity reports and weekly closing reports, and submit periodic reports to the supervisor as required.

14. Prepare and manage client payment schedules in accordance with management instructions.

15. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
