Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing or Engineering degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new customers and maintain Long Term Business relationships with clients.
∎ Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
∎ Regular market visit and Identify corporate and retail clients at the assigned area to promote business and preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
∎ Make and set Daily/Weekly/ Monthly basis action plans for achieving the sales target.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing reports for the Departmental head when needed.
∎ Able to take different marketing strategies and customer base in consultation with management.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result-oriented.
∎ Candidates from Real Estate industry preferred.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years

∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
