Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site Mobilization, preparation Work programme
∎ Supervise and Monitor the construction work of projects and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), and Material Receiving Report (MRR).
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work of RCC (Reinforce cement concrete) /Steel building works.
∎ Handle workers and contractors activities and evaluate their performance.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of building materials on the site.
∎ Maintain and check measurement book (MB), bill of quantity (BOQ) of ongoing industrial infrastructure project.
∎ Conduct site investigation and analyze data (like maps, reports, tests, drawings and others)
∎ Maintain quality work within the scheduled time.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security on the project premises.
∎ Prepare report based on project program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Project Engineer, Project Management of 10-12 projects at a time.
∎ Experienced in building heavy industrial or commercial project.
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors.
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software
∎ Experience in a group of companies will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
