Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and Analyze the Performance and execution of marketing campaigns.
∎ Design, Develop and Execute a Launching Plan, Brand Strategies, launching of the new campaign, program, and other marketing activities.
∎ Managing annual brand plan in line with market & brand strategy. Includes development & implementation of marketing mix: advertising, promotional campaigns, digital and shopper marketing.
∎ Monitor market trends, research market demand, and launch new products to capitalize on market needs and opportunities.
∎ Develops consumer insights including research projects.
∎ Develops and leads brand line extension projects.
∎ Guide and counsel team members to grow assigned brands and achieve departmental objectives.
∎ Branding and Corporate Communications.
∎ Coordinate with Sales and Business Development to ensure consistent branding and create sales.
