Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Fianance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC), Part Qualified will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure bill/voucher checking as per company policy & International Accounting Standards.
∎ Entry of audit database on Excel/Google Sheets.
∎ Physical visit at Company warehouse & Office as per instruction of management.
∎ Maintain audit files, documents & database for the further necessities.
∎ Physical verification of sales center and showrooms at different parts of the country as per requirement of management.
∎ Checking Monthly Statement of Salary /Wages, Services & resigned Benefits, Maternity Benefits Earned leave etc.
∎ Physical Verification of Inventory at different parts of the company as per instruction of management.
∎ Physical verification of Fixed Asset in compliance with the standards.
∎ Pre-audit and Post-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc. with ERP & Tally Software entry.
∎ Price verification and justification regarding locally procured items.
∎ Ensure the compliance, effectiveness & acceptability of the policies and standards of the organization.
∎ Conduct operational audit, investigation, process audit, physical inventory counting, etc.
∎ Perform audit regarding the compliance with Govt law, Tax & VAT regulations, corporate governance guidelines and any other regulations as obligatory for the organization.
∎ Preparation of audit report along with observations and submitting the report to the HOD- Audit as per the deadline.
∎ Any other audit-related task that management/HOD requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet/Power Point/Word.
∎ Willing to travel frequently at different parts of the country's.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
