∎ CA (CC) will be preferred.

∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cash & Treasury Voucher check, Verify and post properly
∎ Ensuring of monthly all provision posting time to time Reconciliation of all bank statement, liability statement time to time Bank transaction related posting into ERP software
∎ Good knowledge about Tax, Vat and RJSC
∎ Ensure to posting into Tally software all types Voucher of bank and cash related
∎ Skill about export and import Business related work.
∎ Back to back LC Posting and export proceed realization posting
∎ All type of product import and export entry into Tally software Prepare and ensure bank balance database, check & confirm bank vs system balance Ensure entry realization LDBC related entry, reconciliation & balance confirmation
∎ Check salary, wage, OT, festival bonus, incentives (if applicable),Arrange check payment requisition and ensure the effective distribution of the same
∎ Collect bank loan (funded & non-funded) statement & check and confirm balance
∎ Preparation of monthly Management Report
∎ Assisting to prepare yearly company tax audit & yearly company audit report
∎ Frequently moving to bank for daily banking withdrawal & deposit
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
