∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or IPE from any reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Skills Required: Oracle, Oracle ERP

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing, Garments Production, Industrial & Production Engineering, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare operation breakdown.
∎ To prepare lay-out.
∎ To make thread consumption.
∎ To analyze critical operation and find out solution of problems.
∎ To analyze the risk for each and every style and take steps for that.
∎ To prepare skill matrix and maintain proper skill ratio in between line.
∎ Attend production meeting and set up target.
∎ To do capacity, production and motion study.
∎ To balance the line(s) and Operators' Grading Assessment.
∎ Attend in PP meeting of each and every style and find out difficulties and discuss and solution.
∎ Method and process development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Female candidates will be given preference
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in any reputed garments industry in IE Department (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven, Bottom)
∎ Experience in similar kind of position will be preferred
∎ Having a good command in English both speaking and writing
∎ Strong ability to communicate with Management
∎ Committed, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
∎ Having knowledge on Microsoft Office Program
