Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
SYMPHONY mobile is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to join its Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth receiving, storing, and dispatching of products. They will also conduct routine quality checks, generate inventory reports, and update transaction records in the system.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely updates and reconciliation.
Ensure receiving, storing, and dispatching of mobile accessories, without discrepancies.
Identify and categorize defective products for further processing.
Receive warranty claims and process replacements as per company policy.
Ensure timely delivery of replacement products.
Conduct routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Generate regular inventory reports, stock audits, and warranty claim records.
Confirm accurate product packaging before delivery.
Update the software for all sort of transactions.
Office Time: for warehouse 1 pm to 10 pm which may vary due to business requirement
