Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute, Monitor & Manage VAT and Customs-related works as well as able to maintain all VAT-related Books of Accounts.
∎ Maintain all VAT-related records, register, and relevant documents conforming to the VAT Act and rules.
∎ Close liaison with VAT & Customs circle and division & other related personnel.
∎ Prepare and calculate all VAT return, Forms, and VDS returns and submit the same within the specified deadlines.
∎ Ensuring all aspects of VAT transactions are captured correctly.
∎ Bank Deposit (Treasury SD / VAT/ VDS & Others).
∎ To prepare related papers & documents in connection with Audits by the Govt. authorities.
∎ Maintain VAT related documents such as Input-output Co-efficient Mushak-4.3, Mushak-6.1, Mushak-6.2, Mushak-6.3, Mushak-6.6, Mushak-6.7, Mushak-6.8, Mushak-6.10 as per VAT & SD Law Act 2012 & Rule 2016.
∎ Ensure proper preparation of monthly VAT returns (Mushak-9.1) and submission by VAT online system.
∎ Any other VAT-related work performed as per management instruction. Keeping all documents soft copy in Computer and MIS.
