VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and processing all type of Invoices.
∎ Prepared and export sales statement with documentation PRC, commercial Invoice, packing list, Bill of Export etc.
∎ Taking input VAT reconciliation of services with Gas, Electricity, Telephone and Insurance, Consultancy, C & F commission, Letter of Credit (L/C) commission, Audit, Legal fees.
∎ Contractual Mushak-6.4 prepared.
∎ Daily reconciliation of VAT purchase register for Mushak-6.1.
∎ Daily checking of VAT sales register for Mushak-6.2.
∎ Responsible for monthly and yearly return submission, hearing and assessment finalization VAT & TAX authority.
∎ Prepare Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. Monitor and examines accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Monitor the deduction of Tax at source and deposit the same to the government treasure on time.
