Ms. Office, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the products, sales and achieve the target
∎ Develop network for greenery enhancement
∎ Frequent client visit
∎ Maintain communications with team members to process the order.
∎ Meet the sales target.
∎ Supervise the activities of staffs.
∎ Ensure in time supply of garden materials for project implementation.
∎ Maintain Communication with online support team to process the order and send to customer.
∎ Team works to achieve the sales target.
∎ Ensure the quality and qty. of the plant receive from nursery and also delivery to the customer end
∎ Maintain a check list to of the quality of product before sending the product to the customer end.
∎ Invoicing, Sales update, Sales generate from nursery.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in sales or related role, especially in the urban agriculture or pesticide industry, is advantageous.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
∎ Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle pressure effectively.
Salary: Negotiable
