Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor, Control, Operate and Maintain plant equipment (Turbine) independently in accordance with established standard operating procedures and customer schedule.
Observe Turbine and auxiliary units to identify malfunctions and take corrective action.
Understanding cost effective power generation and distribution system.
Knowledge of Turbine start up and shutdown procedure & lubrication system.
Monitor all operational parameters and activities maintaining proper documentation (Plant Log and Shift Report)
Coordinate with maintenance team to carry out the routine and all other maintenance work.
Comply with all safety regulations, practices and procedures.
Follow and Carry out the instruction of superiors.
