Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any Reputed Public University/Top Rated Private University
∎ CGPA in Graduation not less than 3.00 out of 4.00 and SSC & HSC not less than 4.50 out of 5.00
∎ Automobile Engineering will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, Excellent communication skill, Hard Working, Problem solving and decision making, Team Leadership, Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and maintaining smooth operation of the Transportation.
∎ Maintain liaison and negotiating with necessary Govt. offices as like as BRTA, Roads & Highways, Local Police station etc.
∎ Checking daily transport movement log sheet and log book and keep records/history of the drivers and incidents/accidents.
∎ Planning and controlling transport movement and assigning duty of Driver.
∎ Supply of vehicles to different department as per their requirement and based on priority.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all component of vehicle and checked frequently.
∎ To maintain repairing, servicing fuel/CNG consumption & spare parts records.
∎ Check fuel bill and observe the overall expenditure of vehicle.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all component of vehicle and checked frequently.
∎ Making sure that the maintenance, oiling and servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed.
∎ To prepare monitoring statement and expenditure report of the vehicles.
∎ Maintaining allocated budget and costing and keep the transport maintenance cost to the minimum possible by adopting good maintenance practices.
∎ Provide transport support to others as & when required
∎ Ensure company’s discipline for maintaining office environment
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership, motivation and problem solving skills.
∎ Should have excellent communication, decision making ability
∎ Should have good computer knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Should have strong capabilities of managing Admin team.
∎ Should have strong leadership skills.
∎ Should be clueful with strong communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have power & skill to motivate the workforce
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
∎ After completion probation period your monthly gross salary will be increased by Maximum Tk. 5,000/- (Five Thousand Only) based on your performance appraisal score.
