Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To conduct Induction training for newly joined field force of all business units
∎ To conduct refresher training for existing field force of all business units
∎ To assist in house training & ensure all logistic support
∎ To conduct written test, oral test to evaluate individual performance and provide feedback
∎ To organize & conduct field visit, plant visit for induction trainees
∎ To maintain relevant documents/records of all training-related activities
∎ To conduct On-the-job training (OJT) throughout the country
∎ To assist & conduct the recruitment & selection process of field force
