  • Working experience in Corporate/Group Insurance Sales (B2B) is preferred.

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of insurance products & IDRA regulations.

  • Ability to Analyze corporate risk profiles.

  • Sales-driven mindset with a target-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify potential corporate clients, SMEs, factories, banks, and other organizations for group insurance.

  • Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, CFOs, and decision-makers of companies.

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve business targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor analysis.

  • Explain policy benefits, premium structures, and claim processes to clients.

  • Understand company needs and offer customized group insurance solutions.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals based on company size and risk assessment.

  • Negotiate premium rates, coverage, and terms with corporate clients with keeping focus on competitor.

  • Work closely with the actuarial, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and renewals

  • Provide post-sales support and training, including policy modifications, endorsements and ensure timely premium collection and policy updates.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.

  • Self-disciplined and ready to travel anywhere in the country when situation seems so. 

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain knowledge of insurance regulations, IDRA policies, and company guidelines.

  • Follow ethical sales practices and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Should prefer Company interest before self-interest when deemed necessary.
