Job Context

We are seeking some dynamic and customer-focused and sales oriented individuals to join our team as a Call Center Executives. As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you have to contribute significantly to lead generation, customer satisfaction and overall business success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customer segments and develop strategies to convert them effectively.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through sales visit, emails, cold calling,networking and social media etc.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

  • Working towards monthly or annual goal.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments.

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about available properties and promotions.

  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.

  • Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.

  • Updating customer records and maintaining an accurate database of all interactions.
