- Identifying and contacting potential customers to inform them about products, services, and offers.
- Engaging in phone conversations to persuade customers to purchase products or services.
- Addressing customer questions and concerns about products or services via phone call and social media.
- Processing orders and managing customer transactions.
- Offering excellent customer service both before and after sales.
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
