Identifying and contacting potential customers to inform them about products, services, and offers.
Engaging in phone conversations to persuade customers to purchase products or services.
Addressing customer questions and concerns about products or services via phone call and social media.
Processing orders and managing customer transactions.
Offering excellent customer service both before and after sales.
Achieving and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
