Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative for operating the project smoothly & ensuring the quality services at the door steps for the clients/customers.
∎ Establish a very strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Supervise the project workers and ensure their jobs done accurately.
∎ Visit the project periodically for ensuring the proper services for the clients.
∎ Prepare Invoice for service charge, Service charge collection & provide money receipt.
∎ Prepare distribution statement of Electricity, Water, Generator fuel, Gas etc. utility bills.
∎ Control the project costing as well as increase the profit against the services.
∎ Prepare periodical reports and submit it to the management as per requirement basis.
∎ Prepare Project Costing, Budgeting & Quotations.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge regarding the building management services.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills both oral & written in English.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
Salary: Negotiable
