- MS Excel, Email Communication, Garments Knowledge; Material Management, Commercial documents know how.
Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with Factories and inform them the requirement of information and documents.
Follow up with the factories collecting the information and documents within the deadline.
All the documents must be kept with proper identification and date in a designated folder in the share drive.
Update the Traceability database with the information provided by all the stakeholders.
Create the Yarn PI and L/C Draft for the Yarn booking.
Manage the yarn booking file and work with yarn Factory, Garments Factory and TIL inter departments.
Yarn Sample booking need and delivery follow up with merchant and PD team.
