Job context:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management professional to ensure adherence to all aspects of a company's supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchase and procurement from local sources with best quality materials at competitive prices according to the company's policies & requirements.
• Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders) and following it up till final delivery.
• Analyze market trends and prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Facilitate sourcing and onboarding of suppliers.
• To check requisition daily and buy the products as per requisition.
• Understanding of the local market, suppliers and contractors’ requirements.
• Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers.
• Arranging Credit Purchases and manage payment and billings.
• Identifying cost-effective and efficient suppliers.
• Ensure quality raw materials sourcing.
• Monitoring all FMCG production processes.
• Ensure factory hygiene.
• Keep register of company materials.
• Keep liaison with the factory.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
