Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all supply Chain, Inventory and import related activities.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level and ensure daily/weekly stock level.
∎ Ensure that data are entered in to the database to maintain up to date stock records, retrieve stored information, store purchase requisition etc.
∎ Supply to the customers as per their requirement within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Coordinate each & every aspect of the store department to ensure smooth supply.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the top management.
