Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting or Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely distribution of all goods and commodities to the distributor points by preparing daily vehicle route plan.
∎ Assist depot in charge physically in counting process of materials to ensure inventory controls and ERP reconciliation system.
∎ Implement proper loading and unloading procedure to reduce the damage of packaging goods.
∎ Maintain FEFO (First expire first out) method at the time of finished goods delivery.
∎ Assist with depot in charge to identify SKU's (Stock Keeping Unit) which are nonmoving and slow with an aim to save inventory holding cost.
∎ Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of store to maintain inventory at required level. i.e staking rules, damage management, hygiene management.
∎ Maintain liaison with concerned department regarding employee attendance, leave, payment, payroll and other issues.
∎ Check and verify all delivery order, challan and Invoice of any material before delivery.
∎ Monitor safety security and hygiene issues of depot to ensure smooth functional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Microsoft Office Package and ERP software.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on inventory management.
