Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare factory for Environmental and social compliance audit.
∎ To maintain Code of Conduct of buyers & third parties to establish environmental sustainability.
∎ Performing Higg FEM, H&M Supplier portal, Inditex GtW audit and upload chemical inventory into BVE3 and BHive online chemical portal.
∎ To work for certification audit like GOTS, OCS, RCS, OEKOTEX, ISO 14001 etc.
∎ Record and monitor environmental data like Electricity, Natural Gas, Diesel, Water, Wastewater, Wastage materials etc.
∎ To follow up Chemical Inventory, Waste Inventory and always keep it updated.
∎ To conduct Training on Chemical handling, environmental awareness, Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE) among the employees.
∎ Arrange annual environmental testing like Air, Noise, Temperature, Light, Humidity, Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), Volatile organic compound (VOC) etc. through authorized service provider and keep update test report.
∎ Arrange and support ZDHC Wastewater testing, DoE wastewater sampling and internal wastewater testing.
∎ Overall monitoring of ETP operation.
∎ To conduct internal environmental, chemical audit and prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to solve the relevant issues.
∎ Monitoring and checking Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Secondary Containment, Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL), Restricted Substances List (RSL) and others necessary requirement for chemical management.
∎ Have to keep sound knowledge about Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management System (EMS), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Chemical Management System (CMS).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Having working experience with H&M and Inditex will get privilege
∎ Must have to visit the factories frequently
∎ Strong written and communication skills in English
