Responsibilities & Context:
News room coordination
Driver Scheduling & Driver roster management
Responsible for maintaining vehicles update documents, registration, insurance, fitness, tax token, route permit and police case etc.
Prepare the monthly & yearly expenses statement on the basis of each vehicle report.
Responsible for daily pool vehicle movement schedule plan.
All vehicle maintenance.
Process of fuel & accessories reimbursement.
Monitoring & record keeping of all vehicles accidents and take necessary step.
Have to prepare Vehicle tracking update.
Preserving the legal documents of vehicles.
Conduct driver`s interview.
Keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
Maintain daily driver`s attendance report.
Others miscellaneous work as and when management requires.
