Responsibilities & Context:
Lead a Team to Sell all products (Plot, Flats, Commercial Spaces & Lift) of Sobuj Saya Abashon Ltd. Achieve company`s goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
Respond to the clients; query at office and over telephone.
Collect booking money and down payment from the new clients
Provide the clients the payment schedule (subject to managements approval)
Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
Providing support on occasions of promotional events.
Correspondence with site about status of project
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
Do all kinds of needful (To Take Appropriate Steps)
