∎ Expert knowledge on rice crop agronomy.
∎ Ability to handle contract growers and seasonal labor.
∎ Having a mindset to overcome challenges like Cultural adjustment, field job requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure Suitable land and contract growers arrangement for the op rice seed production of the company·
∎ Maintain a warm liaison with the government regulatory bodies to ensure the required supports from the authorities·
∎ Visit the production block on a regular interval to observe the field production condition and prescribe required remedy for the crops field·
∎ Ensure crop agronomy related measures such as periodic roughing, pesticide spray and nutrient use·
∎ Minimize seed production cost of the lease land through optimizing production cost in the process to process·
∎ Ensure variety wise right quantity OP seed purchase from contract growers while ensure maximum seed quality·
∎ Supervise seed health quality through maintaining moisture and germination percentage in the preservation center·
∎ Supervise seed grading activities in the preservation center to ensure company maintaining required seed quality.
∎ The purpose of this job is to ensure smooth process of OP Seed production and preservation of the company and ensure seed quality.
