Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain & Analysis records of booking vs space utilization across different customers to optimize capacity planning & organizational efficiency.
Keep records of commercial data and deliver various reports as instructed with hundred percent accuracy.
Track and prepare reports on round voyage days (Turnaround Time), Berthing delays, Port Stay duration etc for HR Lines Limited & competitors on monthly basis.
Prepare and circulate trade notices to the customers.
Prepare monthly loading for all customers.
Communicate with customers and resolve invoice disputes.
