Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Executive/ Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing position, who will look after Sales & Service for used flat knitting Machines related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales targets. Those who are experienced only in the sales & marketing department and have enough technical skill for high corporate sales are encouraged to apply.
∎ Workplace - Candidates should be ready to travel Extensively within Bangladesh with acute acumen to develop new customers and generate sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales & Marketing department
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments
∎ Work in the marketing team as an effective member and maintain individual visits to top-rated corporates followed by ensured sales
∎ Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
∎ Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy
∎ Direct and control staff in the implementation of branding activities and initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed
∎ Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have sound technical knowledge of Shima Seiki/Stoll Flat knitting machines with in depth knowledge in areas of 1)Service 2)Troubleshooting 3)Programming and Design.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Market Research, Sales Marketing

Salary: Negotiable
